ODP has open enrollment in the spring of each year (exact month varies from March-April) for health insurance. As a new employee, you will have a 30-day window from the date of hire to sign up for benefits. Benefit enrollment paperwork is completed as a part of the onboarding process. Please contact our Administrative Coordinator at 803-336-4400 for questions regarding your enrollment.
After working a total of 2080 hours you are eligible for the 5 days of paid vacation benefit. These hours are calculated as a cumulative running total with NO break in employment with the agency, i.e. employees must work a minimum of 1 shift each month for hours to be continuous.
All employees who are actively working shifts for a minimum of 90 days prior to their birthday will receive a $100 birthday bonus. Birthday bonuses are paid the month following your birthday month and are distributed as a group payout for that particular month, not by the individual birthdates.
