I started working for this company two weeks ago and had an issue receiving my 1st check on the designated payroll day, which was on Friday. So I decided to wait until Monday to contact payroll, just in case it was deposited to my account on the weekend. Well, I woke up to an email on Monday from Clare in payroll, stating there had been an issue with the direct deposit and could I contact them ASAP. I had also notified my recruuter Laura, letting her know of this issue and she stated I need to contact payroll as well I called and was able to speak with Clare from payroll. She stated that my payroll check had been returned and was eager to help me resolve the issue. Clare worked diligently throughout the day to have verify my account numbers and to reissue my check. I continued to check throughout the day to see had the deposit been accepted, but to no avail. After looking & checking that last time yesterday night, I told myself I would get up and call Clare again in the morning. I got up this morning and checked my account and the deposit had been accepted. I called Clare to tell her how appreciative I was for all her assistance and how wonderful it was to experience such such a joy of person. Although this situation was unfortunate and no fault to anyone, just the headache of dealing with technology; it was great to know there were employees of Open door Personnel willing and eager to help!
